Due to the personalised and custom nature of permanent jewellery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind: Once your jewellery is made, all sales are final.
  • Individual reactions to materials: Some individuals may experience skin reactions due to factors like body chemistry, skincare products, or environmental conditions. This is not considered a product fault.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a reaction, we are happy to discuss alternative options, such as exchanging for a different chain style or material, within [30 days] of your appointment.

2. Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please get in touch with us. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the fault is due to:

To qualify as faulty:

Weld Point Breaks:
If the weld point of your permanent jewellery breaks, you are entitled to a complimentary re-weld appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time for this service.

Please note: Evidence of the fault (e.g., photos) may be required to assess the situation.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we provide detailed care instructions at the time of purchase. Failure to follow these instructions may void your right to a repair or replacement if damage occurs.
