TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     All Sales are Final: Once your custom-fitted permanent jewellery has been selected and cut to size, it is considered a personalized, made-to-measure piece. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2.     Care and Longevity: Permanent jewellery is designed to last for years with proper care. However, please treat your piece like fine jewellery—it is beautiful but not indestructible. Infinity Jewellery NZ is not responsible for any damage due to general wear and tear or breakage of the chain.

3.     Warranty Repairs: If your chain breaks at the welded point you are entitled to a complimentary re-weld. Simply contact us to arrange the repair. Please note, if the chain is lost, we are unable to provide a replacement.

4.     Photography Consent: By purchasing from us, you consent to any photographs or videos taken during your appointment being shared on our social media platforms.
